【Shipping】
Our design studio is located in the Tibetan area.
All shipments are from the mountains of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province.
Due to its remote location in the mountains, it is a 10-hour drive from the nearest big city.
Production and logistics need time, if you need products, please contact us first.
If the material is complete, the fastest order can be shipped on the same day
Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan：
S. F. - it is expected to be delivered in about 5 days after sending out.
For Hong Kong guests, please provide the address and number of the nearest SF service station or SF Smart Cabinet.
If you need SF delivery to Hong Kong residential address, you need to bear the additional delivery fee.
Taiwan cash on delivery method,after the production of goods from the Tibetan area sent to the international transit center (about 3 days) and then transferred to Taiwan (about 3-4 days).
[Black Cat]Provide the waybill number on the day of shipment,the whole process about 6-8 days delivery.
[Supermarket pick-up] After shipment, the goods are delivered to Taiwan supermarket to provide the freight order number, the whole process about 6-8 days delivery.
